At Service4Education everything we do is driven by a simple goal: creating memorable, meaningful and inclusive learning experiences for children.
That’s why we’re delighted to have recently received recognition in three different areas of our work:
- Runner-Up, Service Excellence Award at the HSBC UK and FSB Small Business Growth Awards 2026 (Yorkshire, Humber and North East region)
- National Autistic Society Autism Friendly Award
- Learning Outside the Classroom (LOtC) Quality Badge
While each award recognises a different aspect of our organisation, together they reflect the standards we strive to uphold across both WonderDome and Animal Club experiences delivered in schools throughout the UK.
Recognised for Service Excellence
Providing educational experiences is about far more than what happens on the day of a visit.
From an initial enquiry through to planning, delivery and follow-up support, schools need confidence that they are working with a provider who understands their requirements and delivers consistently high standards.

Educational WonderDome Presenter delivering curriculum-linked school workshop
Being named Regional Runner-Up for the Service Excellence Award at the HSBC UK and FSB Small Business Growth Awards was particularly meaningful because it recognises the dedication of our presenters, rangers and support team who work hard to ensure every booking runs smoothly.
Whether we’re bringing the wonders of space into a school hall with WonderDome or introducing pupils to fascinating animals through Animal Club, we know that excellent customer service helps create an excellent educational experience.

Awards WonderDome and Animal Club have achieved
Creating Autism-Friendly Experiences
We are especially proud to have achieved the National Autistic Society’s Autism Friendly Award, recognising our commitment to making our experiences as accessible and inclusive as possible. The award recognises organisations that provide autism-friendlyenvironments, information and customer experiences.

Inclusive educational experience for all ages and abilities
Inclusivity has always been an important part of how we work. As part of the accreditation process, we reviewed and strengthened a number of areas across the business, including:
- Enhanced autism awareness and inclusion training for staff
- More detailed information available on our websites
- Improved communication processes when discussing SEND-focused bookings
- Additional consideration of individual pupil needs before visits take place
Every school community is different, and every child experiences the world differently. By continually improving our approach, we aim to help more children participate comfortably and confidently in our educational experiences.
A Trusted Learning Outside the Classroom Provider
Schools rightly expect external providers to deliver experiences that are educationally valuable, well organised and safely managed.

Learning Outside the Classroom accredited educational experience
The Learning Outside the Classroom (LOtC) Quality Badge is the only nationally recognised accreditation that combines both educational quality and risk management.
Achieving and maintaining this accreditation demonstrates our commitment to delivering curriculum-linked experiences that support classroom learning while meeting rigorous standards for planning, safety and educational impact.

Inspiring and engaging accredited educational experience
Whether pupils are exploring the solar system inside a WonderDome planetarium or learning about animal adaptations through hands-on encounters with Animal Club, schools can be confident they are receiving a high-quality educational experience.
What These Awards Mean for Schools
While we’re incredibly proud to receive these recognitions, the awards themselves aren’t the most important thing.
What matters is what they represent.
Together, they reflect our commitment to:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Creating inclusive experiences for all learners
- Maintaining high educational standards
- Supporting curriculum objectives
- Providing memorable learning opportunities that inspire curiosity
Every visit we deliver is an opportunity to engage, motivate and inspire young people. These awards provide independent recognition of the standards we aim to achieve every day.

Looking Ahead
As we continue to grow, our focus remains unchanged: helping schools enrich learning through engaging, curriculum-linked experiences that children remember long after the visit has ended.
We would like to thank the schools, teachers and pupils who continue to welcome WonderDome and Animal Club into their communities. Your support, feedback and enthusiasm help us continually improve and inspire us to keep raising the bar.
